Total Duration:
3 years 6 months (including internship)
BMLT is an graduate degree programme of 3 years academics with 6 months internship. It is a very essential branch of medical science that deals with the diagnosis of diseases through the use of clinical laboratory tests. Candidates who enroll for this course get trained in analysis of body matter such as fluid, tissue and blood, micro-organism screening, chemical analyses, and cell count. Students also learn to handle advanced lab equipments and perform accurate laboratory tests. This course offers wide career opportunities as laboratory technologist at hospitals, Laboratories, Public Health Laboratories and Research Organization. Students receive a restorative and supportive academic experience along with a financially successful social life.
Entry level eligibility criteria:
Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 50 % in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB). A student should complete the age of 17 years and the upper age limit will be 25 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission of the Program.
